This is different. The names of wizards in the spell lists makes sense
to protect. The monsters don't. The wizards' names can be used in
novels and future products and preventing their dilusion makes sense.
But WotC is not going to make a Slayer's Guide to Kuo Toa or a Return
to the Dungeon of the Beholder adventure. These monsters simply cease
to exist outside of the MM once they are removed from the SRD. What are
they really protecting if they don't plan to use them?

I still cannot download the .rtfs. I get 404 errors when I click on
them so I can wait and see. Did anyone who grabbed them early find out
if the psionic power descriptions are still MIA?
