Technically, yes. Problem is there has never been an SRD for monsters until now. What we had all been using was the Gentlemen's Agreement files. We could use them until WotC released them as official SRD. Once the SRD files came out, we HAVE to comply with the official version. They just did that. These are the first official SRD files, and these are the ones we must all conform to. As of today, the GA files are obsolete.
I'm pretty sure I understand this correctly.
