Deeply sorry if ANYTHING in these exchanges has offended. If you have sensed a certain amount of frustration from myself (or anyone else I think I can say) it is because your statements have seemed heartfelt, your sentiments helpful and courteous, but ... you just didn't seem to be making this little connection.

I in particular have been frustrated because your EARLIER product OGC designations were so clear and helpful. I was frankly sad to see them go, and have plans to use a similar designation in my products.

Your proposed solution is certainly nothing that I think anybosy would argue with. An insert would be a good way. How about a sticker maybe - might be cheaper and easier?
