Yes indeed, I do talk just like this to everyone who knows me - my friends know me as someone who speaks his mind and can be trusted to be genuine in opinion and sincere in affection. Even at work where it is my job to frankly and succinctly advise our executives on their performance.

I personally do not feel what I said was rude, but if what I said offended you then I am sincerely apologetic.

I have to wonder, Internet personalities being what they are, whether you
would actually talk to someone like this when they are right in front of
you. Or, perhaps, this is normal speech round your way.

You are welcome to ask me any question you like. However, if you are going
to be rude about it then, quite frankly, you can 'bite me' (I believe is the
American phrase).
