Correct.  Any copyright holder has that right.  The license doesn't take the
copyright away.  On the contrary, it reiterates it several times.  The
licence was created by WotC, but the terms of the contract make it between
all the Contributors whose OGC is used, and the licencee.  The 'automatic
termination' from Sec. 13 could easily be used by a Copyright holder in
court (once the 30 days had passed)
