I fixed the main bug here, so now poison death and the resulting bequest attack 
both happen at the end of the round.

I also fixed the bug where a bequest was explicitly blocking and the "Non-turn 
attack delays can also cause turn delays" backcompat bit is on.
All bequest attacks are forced to blocking now, as there was never any benefit 
to making them non-blocking, and forcing them to block can't break anything 
because dying enemies can't do normal attacks anyway.

I did NOT fix the case where a bequest attack has an explicit turn delay. That 
can still get your battle stuck if you have no way to pass hero turns, but I am 
assuming that if you set a turn delay on an attack you know what you are doing 
(and this is easy to discover if you do it by accident because a turn delay is 
exactly what happens, and that is exactly what the attack option is named)

I split off #1292 and #1293 for the other things mentioned here
