Contact Patrick at www.patricksantiquecars.com and request their catalogue for old trucks. They have all sorts of good stuff to "Hottie Up" your ride. They have read end kits, intakes, etc; even have lowering kits for a better ride. I sincerely recommend a front antisway bar if you are keeping the stock type front end. I have one on my 52 3100 with a 216 along with Patrick's rear end kit and I cruise at 65 MPH with no rocking and rolling and enjoy very tight cornering. Their catalogue has great photos as well.
