He was building a car. Put water in, Hydrogen and Oxygen somewhere inside, water comes out the end. I don't believe that, might just as well redirect the water back to the source tank for perpetual motion.
Patents are available to the public. If this stuff is so good, how come nobody else in the world is trying these ideas?
