Olio Average Images on Tag Search Results

I'm using the updated Olio kit from subversion, and I'm finding that all 
metrics pass except for the "Average Images on Tag Search Results."

1000 users = 3.42
 800 users = 3.48
 400 users = 3.40
 200 users = 3.43
 100 users = 3.60

Any ideas on where I should be looking to increase this metric?
