Hi All, The M3 jira is dependent on the following jira.
https://jira.onap.org/browse/OPTFRA-853 Removing the GPLv3 by replacing the base image have some technical issues which we already discussed a couple of releases back which is documented here( https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/OSDF+Image+optimization). In my perspective, the best approach at this point is to have an exception for this jira issue. Please advise on the same.
