Not an issue. XML namespaces URIs are not meant to be dereferenced. The practice of using "http://"; in them is horribly misleading. Dereferencing a namespace URI begs the question of what you'd expect to find. It's historically far too late to suggest that "http://"; strings should reference anything useful, like a description.
