Is it worth contacting the authors of these dictionaries to see if
they would consider giving it a license we can use?  Most people want
their open source work to be reused, especially by prominent
application like OpenOffice.  They share with us the common goal of
making open source applications widely available.  They may even be a
users of OpenOffice.  So it is worth asking.  The worst that can
happen is they say, "No".
