Hello Igor,
Few users of mine asked me to forward an oops-wish:
If it is possible, please think about the option to select a parent proxy
according the acl's. Here is a sample:
> src ip 192.168.1.1 AND dst domain *.hu -> parent1.proxy.net AND
> parent-far.proxy.net
so if the user uses the 192.168.1.1 IP and want to reach the .hu sites,
the oops must select the parent1.proxy.net and parent-far.proxy.net as the
parent proxy.
> src ip 192.168.10/8 AND dst domain *.ru -> parent2.proxy.net
> src ip 10.99/16 -> parent.local.net
And so on. What is Your opinion about this?
Other.
Maybe it is good to serve more statistic about the running cache:
* actual kb/s (all thread summarized)
* what do the threads do (idle/connecting/transferring/dns)
and what files are transferring at this moment,
from where to who?
And me and my friend seems the CPU load is always 0.00. Is it a bug on
linux?
