I promice to try to find time in nearest future to move forward with english
docs. If you think that russian doc is perfect or complete, then you make
big mistake :)

It is almost comlpete and up-to date. It is very terse, and this can
make it not very usable.

Yes, this is in oops-experimental.tar.gz. It also include per-host bandwidth
control, per-host connection limits.

Ok, now I understand... If you are talking about these numbers, they always
will zero.. this is because linuxtreads are really processes, so thread,
which calculate load, can only calculate load that HE produce, not other
threads.
