There's a section in the ooRexx Reference (4.3.2 Crossreference of Methods) that's seems very strange to me, and is really of dubious value. I don't know of any o-o language that would choose to document a language this way. A method taken out of context that way is not much use, and identically named methods might have completely different meanings depending on the method context.
And unfortunately, this table has to be updated manually, which is going to be a serious pain. The information contained here is actually duplicated in the index. If you go to the "method" entry in the index, there's essentially the same cross-reference information as in this table....but this one is automatically generated for us. On top of that, there's several paragraphs of information about how methods behave that are buried at the bottom of this section that are of use, but are likely to be skipped over because of the length of this table. I'm proposing that this table be removed, but the information at the end be retained and the section be renamed to something reflecting the remaining content.
