OK, but limit that to genuinely Windows-specific classes (things that
cannot be implemented on other operating systems by definition). There's
probably some good things there that are currently only on the Windows
platform because they were easy to implement there -- but would be really
nice to have on other platforms.
(Sysini comes to mind, I've re-implemented this three times now...)
