Nice!

I agree that the wiki shouldn't look as a wiki at the first glance.
However, OGP doesn't sell anything, so the wiki-look isn't much a
problem. An original theme seems to be more important, just to make the
difference.

Beside that, concerning the navigation menu vs hyperlinks, it's just a
matter of usability which implies to structure the content indeed.
