ok, I will try this, to to you all who pointed me into this direction, I will tell you in a few day if it worked...But PLEASE just add the second server to the cell and vos move /vos addsite (release, convertROtoRW) the volumes. It make life MUCH easier.
And for a test, just add the second server, vos addsite, vos release the volumes and see if it works well. No risk in it, if it fails, just set second server off. And for your own security: at least 2 DB servers and 2 fileservers are very useful for a "stable" cell. But this depends on the needs you´ve got.
