Well you've helped me get much further than ever before. Mura version 5.2.2709 was able to install and produce both a styled admin page and front-end content with little issue*.

I'm sure your contributions to this build were invaluable, thanks for the work. How can we get those two vital steps (servlet-mapping and SES filter hints) to become part of their Installation text?

Now, I'm off to figure our how to get that Mura "siteID" ("default") out of the URLs ("mydomain.com", becomes "mydomain.com/default" instead). That will be vital if I'm ever going to add some more sites... for real people.

Thanks again to Matt, Peter, Nitai, et.al.

Al

* These notes are going the Mura folk, but for the historic value of the thread: If you forget to set up the CF Datasource, Mura install exits with an "unknown error". Fixing & starting the install over at this point throws a missing table error. The installer is dead, but you can try to back the browser up and submit the errant step over again. The installed CMS still throws a "tag CacheOMatic could not be located" error. I've been thru this so many times that I knew a custom tag path needed to be added to the CF Admin, but I pity the poor foo who doesn't.
