*You're* not liking IE 9 or are you saying it breaks in IE 9 too?

If so can you check /manual on your local instance?

I'd be curious because that also uses Twitter Bootstrap and if manual works
but the admin doesn't, then it might boil down to whitespace that's
generated at the top of the code.
