OK, Found one little trick they used on Twitter :) Add the following line into the template.cfm just below Title <title>Open BlueDragon Administrator</title <meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE-edge">
Reload and woops the topbar is back as an topbar! Pulldowns works as they should.. So.. was a simple fix..
