I first demod the work that Paul Bonfanti did in that area at a BOF at CFUnited in 2009 if I remember correctly, so that's been available for quite some time. Pretty sure I wrote up a blog post about it, and might even be on the wiki.
Well whaddaya know: http://wiki.openbluedragon.org/wiki/index.php/OpenBD_and_BlazeDS Anyway, if anyone has any questions I can't say I can spend a lot of time on it right this minute, but I can at least dig up files and give some nudges. The binary data transfer works great since that's pretty much just wiring up BlazeDS, so if that's all you want or need that's doable. I was going to start working on getting query objects converting back and forth when I was last digging into this but honestly it's just no longer an itch I need to scratch.
