All I do when i am doing this I just treat both installations seperately, two data bases, two copies of the compressed install file. Make sure that you give your two installations seperate installation directories (so that the files do not clash). You will ebd up with two installations ("/usr/local/ca" and "/usr/local/ra") also make sure that you point your two installations at two seperate httpd base directories (e.g. under Red Hat "/var/www/html/ca" and "/var/www/html/ra") you can then sort out your domains etc via virtual hosts in the Apache configuration. Ensure that your "data exchange" configuration is set up for writing to a "tar" file instead of the floppy. Lastly you will have two seperate "openca_start" scripts to start two seperate deamons. Job done. Chris... ------------------------------------------------------- SF email is sponsored by - The IT Product Guide Read honest & candid reviews on hundreds of IT Products from real users.
