Hi, I think I have solved my problem, I tested it in a Win98 machine, without installing any tools, and I found errors creating the key pair, so I downloaded the capicom.dll library, and tryed it again using "Default" as Cryptographic device. I have seen that I have to select a maximum value of 1024 or it won't work.
Hope this will help someone in the future ;-) Johnny --- Ives Steglich <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> escribi: > Johnny Gonzalez wrote: > > > I tested to make a cert request from another > windows XP machine and when > > I was about to make the request in the > cryptographic device option there > > was only one option: default, but Trying from my > PC at home (I not only > > have windows but our lovely penguin) I have found > several options as > > Cryptographic device, these are them: > > > > - GemPlus GemSAFE card CSP v1.0 > > - Infineon SICRYPT Base Smart Card CSP > > - Microsoft Base Cryptographic Provider v1.0 > > - Microsoft Enhanced Cryptographic Provider v1.0 > > - Microsoft Strong Cryptographic Provider v1.0 > > - Schlumberger Cryptographic Service Provider > > > > So I have several questions too ;-) > > > > 1.
