Hi,
Probably missing a jar or two, but don't know where to find it.
Ok, after a couple of hours of a heavy brainstorming session of mine I
could eventually figure out what was wrong.

It took me much longer than I had previously anticipated, but I'd like
to thank you all to let me figure it out myself ;-) I don't see a
better way to learn something than pulling some hair out for a while
and eventually cracking it. It would be worthwhile, though, to write a
note so others won't get frustrated (and lose their hair) when they
run across such an issue in the future ;-)
Hope your hair grows back :)
So, to get it sorted out I had to rebuild the latest Geronimo Specs
project as well as build OpenJPA locally. I don't know whether these
projects are published anywhere and since they're under a heavy
development, it's worth to have them handy. Once these two projects
were built locally, the OpenEJB build went fine.
Hopefully we can get the specs moved into Geronimo specs trunk so we
can finally publish those to people.apache.org and eventually do a
release. Waiting on Jason's specs proposal to clear, then I'd like
to start moving those into trunk.
As far as the OpenJPA jars, they still aren't sure if they want to
have snapshots yet, so we may need to publish something to one of our
home directories or something.
