A few more comments. Some of the source distributions (builders)
include source files which are not under svn control. They don't
contain an Apache license header, which is why I noticed them. Since
they are xmlbean generated files, the lack of a license header isn't
an issue. However, seems odd to me to include them in a source
distribution. For example:
