I wonder if this is a side effect of mvn 2 packaging?

A few more comments. Some of the source distributions (builders)
include source files which are not under svn control. They don't

Since they are xmlbean generated files, the lack of a license
header isn't an issue. However, seems odd to me to include them in
a source distribution. For example:
