Title: Eric CAUDAL
Another case I remember in China is that some results are changed by auditors or tax bureau after fiscal year is closed. Usually we use an account outside the CoA root so that it does not compute with the current year result.
So I am not sure about the constraint to have 2 accounts belonging to same CoA parent: in our case, it would be a tough constraint.

For sure I still think that it should not be possible to have 2 parents "0" for the same company at the same time.

Maybe we should add a setup to make sure we meet all laws and regulations constraints.

one thing came in my mind: for consolidated COA, it may be needed to
have several accounts with no parent and belonging to the same

companies....

(this comment dosen't change anything to the bug: it must be restricted
to use accounts from different COA in the same move)
