These are the kinds of things that could be added as other tasks to the
one's I
 suggested earlier be done by the Internet2
consortium that Mary Kratz has formed.  I am not sure all those members
on this
list, but they should be.  I am out of the office now, or I would
include them
in this message, but I don't have the address's.
