I should have said that on Windows *most* events are reported in pixels. Scroll events should not be. I reviewed the code and verified that on Linux scroll events are also dimensionless and shouldn't be scaled (I haven’t tried to test the behavior since I have a trackpad so generating a single scroll event is tricky).
