I agree that scroll events and scroll gesture events should not be affected by pScaleX and pScaleY. It doesn't make any difference on macOS since these are both 1.0 (Mac and JavaFX are in sync when it comes to layout coordinates; on Windows they're typically reported in pixels and need to be scaled.
