for you to be able to run opwnmeetings on the server....
you need remote desktop rights...to connect to that server remotely
and execute the file
if you try to run the file using the browser or FTP it will only
download

you need to upload the openmeetings to your server(which i hope is a
servlet container like Apache tomcat)
then remote desktop connect to your server and run the red5 batch
file.

what exactly is your server configuration that you have presently
it this a dedicated server with tomcat installed ?
