First off, unless you have a specific need to run Tomcat, we generally recommend using the embedded Jetty server instead. This has been available since release 1.3.7. Depending on your platform, you may need to install a package such as "opennms-webapp-jetty" and remove the "opennms-webapp-standalone" package.
