Jeff, yes I did get the source to bootstrap Jetty within Eclipse.  I got 
some compile errors and didn't spend too much time trying to resolve 
them (I need to do a quick demo).  Maybe I will look into this again. 

DJ, that's right - I'm working on the webapp and running Tomcat within 
Eclipse.  When I edit the log4j.properties (changed all instances 
'DEBUG' to 'INFO'), it doesn't seem to stop the debug logging though.  
What changes did you make to stop the verbose logging?
