This log4j.properties contains my changes (DEBUG -> INFO), so I think it 
looks OK.

I see a few log statements going to :

<$OPENNMS_HOME>/logs/webapp

but a ton of them are written out on the Eclipse console (all the DEBUG logs, 
and a bunch of INFO logs).
