http://forums.ocsinventory-ng.org/ is probably a better place for questions about OCS, although I don't seen many answers about the soap web service there either. Did you set OCS_OPT_WEB_SERVICE_ENABLED in the oscinventory-server.conf file? And does the file specified as AuthUserFile for the location exist?
