The last two in opennms-tools seem to be OpenNMSXMLClient and opennms-tip that 
both still use org.apache.commons.logging.

I think I fixed most of opennms-tools during and after DevJam. There are
2 classes left that I know of (Mib2Events and EventdStresser) that I didn't 
change because they are command line utils that use System.out instead of 
logging to a file and I didn't have time to make sure I was doing things the 
right way with the new slf4j code in those files.
