Thanks Ron! I did not realize the runInPlace.sh script was there - nor did I come across the Development Speedups page. These have been very helpful discoveries - and now I can quickly run the webapp on OS X when developing.
This bug in the stable branch still stops runInPlace.sh from working: http://issues.opennms.org/browse/NMS-5878 - Incase anyone else tries this.
