Hi,

I dropped the device address to show that the phone was definitely visible.  I reckoned that channel was 8, as this was the channel reported for a previous obexftp binary (Debian Testing, 0.10 I think).

I noticed you removed the address from the post - is it a bad idea to post my bluetooth address?

Best,
G.

Hi,

I think it's the other way around. When "-b" is read a bluetooth
discovery is invoked. In your case channel 6 is determined to be the
right one (i.e. OBEX file transfer).
When "-B" is read the channel is overriden. That means the failed
connect used channel 8 alright.

Incidentally I use a SE K750i too. The channel is 6. Is your example
simplified? Do you really want to use OBEX IrMC Sync Server?

cu,
Christian
