There is at least V23 out, distributed by ST with the STLink firmware.

The recent february 15 update added devices like the F446.
You can update debugger firmeware with the windows software.
For the daring:
I have a wine replacement dll for stlinkusb, allowing to run also with
wine. If you ask me, I can send binary files. As the files rely on some
insider knowledge, I can't distribute sources (which are a terrible hack
b.t.w.).
