I have rebased on master branch the patch series in "reset" topic and
I would like to push it soon on gerrit.
The whole series is listed below. If you think something is missing
please let me know and I will add it.
It includes the changes from both Tomas and Matthieu (of course I have
kept the original authorship).
It's missing the change #4723 "tcl/target: imx6.cfg converted to the
new reset platform" because of too many conflicts on master and I do
not own a imx6 board to run any test.
Also 4290 "target: add reset-halt event" is not part of the series as
is now independent.
Eventually 5210 "jtag/adapter: consolidate reset_config" could enter
in the series and 4273 "jtag/adapter: add tcl command
reset_config_includes" could be dropped, but let's first test if the
rebase is ok.
What about 4280?

 1) 4273 jtag/adapter: add tcl command reset_config_includes
 2) 3720 jtag, target: adapt reset infrastructure for multiple targets/SMP [WIP]
 3) 4286 target: introduce target_reset_prepare and target_reset_trigger [WIP]

10) 4725 tcl/target: psoc4 and psoc6 converted to the new reset platform
11) 4727 tcl/target: ti_cc32xx.cfg converted to the new reset platform
