4289 is really independent to reset topic, let's do not bother with it now.

Yes, this patch was done based on a previous version of the reset patches, I will update it.
Probably the same is valid for the following changes:14) 4691 aarch64: check if target core is powered down

Same here, I will update them to the new reset series patches
16) 4693 adapter: simplify jtag_init_reset4693 re-introduces double SRST pulse problem, fixed in 3720
It should not, but we can leave it out for now. It was a small refactoring effort only and I will re-evaluate it later if the need is there.

Marek Vasut (Marex on IRC) will probably be able to test this one.

I'll have a look at this one, probably it will just work.
