He said that he would like to get libusb-win32 1.0 released
sometime 2009. But so far there is no update on the svn.

If somebody wants to port libusb 1.0 (currently only for Linux
and Mac OS X), it is more than welcome. It can probably
leverage quite some libusb-win32 codes.
