Here is what was passed to configure :

+ cd /QOpenSys/openpkg/RPM/TMP
+ cd wget-1.10
+ CC=/QOpenSys/openpkg/bin/gcc
+ CFLAGS=-O2
+ CPPFLAGS=-I/QOpenSys/openpkg/include
+ LDFLAGS=-L/QOpenSys/openpkg/lib
+ MAKEINFO=/QOpenSys/openpkg/bin/makeinfo
+ ./configure --prefix=/QOpenSys/openpkg
--sysconfdir=/QOpenSys/openpkg/etc/wget --with-ssl=/QOpenSys/openpkg
--disable-nls
configure: configuring for GNU Wget 1.10
