Yes I found that out first time. (openpkg rpmbuild --define "with_mta=yes" 
worked for me)

It looks like openpkg-import is not included in the 2.20060628 branch.

I've always rebuilt openpkg just with -Ua. I'm trying again now (after
reinstalling postfix) and that seems to be working ok.
