Please let it me reviewed and then committed by your "Kolab"

It expands to a bunch of "sed -e" options in order to on-the-fly
substitute variables like @[EMAIL PROTECTED] If your squirrelmail.conf does not
contain any @var@ you want to expand, you don't need %{l_value}.
