Hi

If a split is desirable the following could be possible and we will still
fulfill the requirement saying that any change set shall be possible to build
and run.
I suggest the following split:
1. All changes for the server
2. All changes for the agent
3. The new readme file
4. Test cases

Note1 The agent and the server changes can be separate changesets since they
have to work with one being "non resilience" and the other "resilience capable"
for upgrade reasons.
Note2 A separate ticket could be created for the PR document (and a separate
patch). The new readme file contains detailed information about how recovery
after headless is done, what happens during headless and other information
about how a client may be affected. Information from this readme file can be
used for the PR document.

Regards
Lennart
