There were still some previously reported issues whiel building
your driver. Have you fixed them? Could you give a beta/rc/whatever
package with those fixes?
one was usb_detach_kernel_driver_np
(/_np$/ usually stands for non-portable)
and the LDFLAGS=-pthread issue
