As far as I know this should work. I need people to test this. Updated binaries and source are available for testing, include totally dynamic pcsc support, and resource support. The manifest is missing as mingw does not support this. I tested (sanity) this using mingw cross compile and mingw using msys on Windows. Any comments suggestions are welcome! Alon.
