OK, builds perfect on StartCom MultiMedia 5 and StartCom Enterprise 5 (RHEL). On ML5 all options are enabled:

Didn't attempted to compile for 64bit, but I guess I'll make an RPM anyway soon. (This is the new archive at http://alon.barlev.googlepages.com/opensc-0.11.4-svn.tar.gz)
